FUNDRAISING PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES
QUALIFYING
SCHOOLS:
The School Fundraising
program is intended to benefit K-12 schools located in the U.S.,
having a 501(c)(3) or 509(a)(1) tax-exempt status.
HOW THE PROGRAM
WORKS
You can participate
by designating an eligible school and filling out an on-line application.
You can also sign up for the School Fundraising program by calling
1-888-351-9051. At this moment we are only designating schools within
the Montgomery and Harris County school districts.
Designate an
eligible K-12 school, and ERRII will donate an amount equal to one
percent (1%) of your Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express
card® purchases (minus returns, of course) on www.eagle-resolutions.com
. ERRII will track purchases charged to participating accounts and
will distribute the accumulated donations to schools in March and
September.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Only one school
may be designated for each account. Schools must meet the eligibility
requirements described above.
The school donation
will only be made for accounts in good standing at the time donations
are distributed to eligible schools.
School donations
through the School Fundraising program are not tax-deductible.
Checks will
not be mailed to schools whose payout is less than $25 (payouts
under $25 will carry over to the next payment period). Checks must
be cashed before the expiration date on the check. Checks are considered
rejected if not cashed by their expiration date.
ERRII reserves
the right to discontinue or alter the terms of this program at any
time.
Visa®, MasterCard®
or American Express card® are credit cards issued by Retailers
and Bank and subject to credit approval.

SCHOOL TO DESIGNATE
This portion

and simply send us an e-mail with the name of the school you would
like to designate, we will forward the donation to them. We apologize
