Q:
Is there a way to get to the ERRII Internet site without always
having to type in http://www.eagle-resolutions.com?
A: Yes. Web
browsers include a feature that allows you to easily return to pages
that you frequent without typing the entire Web address. This feature
is known as "Bookmarks" in Netscape and as "Favorites"
in both Microsoft Internet Explorer and America Online.
To add the ERRII
Home Page to your Bookmarks or Favorites, first log on to the Internet
and go to http://www.eagle-resolutions.com, then follow the directions
below for your specific browser:
For Netscape Navigator
Click Bookmarks from the menu and then click "Add to Bookmarks."
For Internet
Explorer
Click Favorites from the menu, then click "Add to Favorites,"
then click OK.
Later on, when
you wish to return to the ERRII Internet site, simply click on "Bookmarks"
or "Favorites" from your Web browser's menu, and choose
"ERRII Home" from the list. This will take you to our
Home Page without typing anything to get there.

Q:
Can I bookmark a specific area within the ERRII Internet site, or
must I bookmark only the Home page? A: We suggest
that you only bookmark the ERRII Home page (http://www.eagle-resolutions.com).
Bookmarks save exact routes to the web sites that are accessed.
For security purposes, ERRII suggests you bookmark our Home page
and then use the menus for the best and most efficient way to navigate.

Q:
I am able to access my accounts from my home computer, but when
I go to work I am unable to get to the log on screen. Why is this?
A: If you are
unable to access from work, this may be because your business has
a secure internal network called a "firewall". A firewall
keeps your company's network secure but it can also prevent you
from accessing ERRII's account information site from your office.
If you find
you cannot establish a session at any URL beginning with https://,
your company network probably does not allow for secure web sessions.
Contact your company's network administrator for more information
about getting set up for secure site access.

Q:
How secure is my account on your web page?
A: ERRII uses
two levels of security on our web page; Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
and Encryption Technologies to provide the highest commercially
available security for our web site. Secure Socket Layer is a method
of sending private documents through the Internet by means of using
a private key to encrypt the information. Encryption is the most
effective way to achieve data security. To read an encrypted file,
you must have access to a secret key or password that enables you
to decrypt it. 40 or 56-bit level of encryption is acceptable to
gain access to most of the areas on ERRII's web site. There are
versions of browsers that support 128-bit encryption. ERRII recommends
that clients upgrade to this level of encryption, as it is the highest
level available today.

Q:
Do I need to have 128-bit encryption to use ERRII's web site?
A: No. To access
the majority of ERRII's web site, a standard 40 to 56-bit encrypted
browser is acceptable. However, ERRII recommends that you upgrade
to a 128-bit encrypted browser for added security.
Currently ERRII
supports the following 128-bit encrypted browsers:
Netscape Navigator
3.0 or higher with 128-bit encryption
Internet Explorer
3.02 or higher with 128-bit encryption
AOL 3.0 or higher
with 128-bit encryption
To download
the high encryption browser, you can use one of the following hyperlinks
listed below:

Q:
Can you recommend an Internet Service Provider?
A: Unfortunately,
ERRII cannot recommend a specific Internet Service Provider (ISP).
We can, however, give you a general list of things to look for when
choosing an ISP:
Reliable
Connections: This is especially important when you need to place
a time-critical trade order or need quick access to trading information.
Make sure your ISP has enough capacity during peak hours, so you
don't get a slow connection, or, worse, a constant busy signal.
Be aware, however, that even the best ISPs can have connection difficulties
from time to time.
Local Points-of-Presence:
A point of presence (PoP) is basically a fancy name for a local
access number. If your ISP does not have a local number in your
area, you may be paying toll charges every time you dial into the
Internet, and that could get very expensive. Choose an ISP that
has at least one (preferably more) local access number in your area.
Technical
Support: Reliable and readily available technical support is
important, especially if you are a novice to the Internet.
Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) Technology: In order to access the account areas
of the ERRII Internet site, you will need an ISP that supports the
use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your data
to provide for secure transmission over the Internet. Virtually
all Internet Service Providers support SSL, but it is best to verify
that an ISP does support SSL technology prior to activating your
service.

Q:
How do I find an Internet Service Provider? A: A good place
to start is by asking friends or neighbors which ISP they use. Also,
check your local newspapers for advertisements. Many metropolitan
areas now have local computer-oriented newspapers and magazines.
Your local Yellow Pages may also have a listing of Internet Service
Providers in your area.

Q:
Is it best to use a local Internet Service Provider, or a national
one?
A:
That is a decision that only you can make, based upon your own personal
factors and needs. Many ISPs, both local and national, offer free
trial periods or money-back guarantees.

Q:
Which Web browser do you recommend?
A: Upgrading
to either Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher or Netscape Navigator
4.06 or higher will greatly improve your online experience. You
can also use America Online 4.0 or higher (AOL's browser is a modified
version of MS Internet Explorer). Whichever browser you use, we
encourage you to use the most current version available. However,
we do not advocate the use of test (also known as "beta")
versions of browsers with the ERRII site, as these browsers have
not been fully tested and tend to be unstable. Please note that
when you download a browser, the normal default is the standard
40-bit encrypted browser. We strongly encourage you to download
the stronger encrypted 128-bit browser. Certain services on our
web site require the use of a 128-bit browser.
